By using the teamelio.com website ("Service" or "Teamelio"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

teamelio reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at http://www.teamelio.com/terms/.

While teamelio prohibits certain conduct and content on the Service, you understand and agree that teamelio cannot be responsible for any of the content posted on the Service and that you however may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own responsibility.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Teamelio s website, any information, text, graphics, or other materials created and/or provided by Teamelio and appearing on the website and any services provided through the website. These Terms of Service limit Teamelio s liability and obligations to you, grant Teamelio certain rights and allow Teamelio to change, suspend or terminate your access to and use of the website and services. Your access to and use of the website and services are expressly conditioned on your compliance with these Terms of Service. By accessing or using the website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account.

  1. Natural person

    You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the sign up process.
  2. Security requirements

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. teamelio cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  3. Content responsibility

    You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when content is posted by others who have user logins under your account). You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  4. Types of Accounts

    Currently, Teamelio offers a restricted free account Free Account with a limited functionality and a paid premium account Premium Account. More information on the types of accounts that Teamelio offers and the costs involved can be found on the plans page. Please read this document in its entirety regarding account restrictions. Teamelio reserves the right, at any time, to change or impose fees for access to and use of the website and services.

  5. Free Accounts

    Teamelio allows you use the Free Account free of charge. Teamelio reserves the right to terminate Free Accounts at any time, with or without notice. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if a Free Account is inactive for ninety (180) days, then Teamelio may delete any or all of your content without providing additional notice.

  6. Premium Accounts

    Teamelio offers you the option of upgrading your account for a fee. By doing so, your account will be converted to a Premium Account and will not be subject to the restrictions placed on Free Accounts as described above.

    Teamelio accepts credit cards and will automatically charge your credit card while upgrading, depending upon which Premium Account you select. If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or Teamelio is unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, Teamelio reserves the right to revoke access to your Premium features.

    If you do not bring your Teamelio balance current within seven (7) days after Teamelio provides you with notification that your account is in arrears, Teamelio reserves the right to use our discretion to reduce access below 3 users, and to convert your Teamelio Premium Account to a Free Account (which is subject to the restrictions described above)

  7. Billing

    The fees for your Premium Account will be billed from the date you elect, or convert to a Premium Account and on each monthly or yearly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your account.

    All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

    Teamelio may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email.

  8. Canceling your account

    Your Teamelio Premium Account will continue in effect unless and until your Premium Account is expired or we terminate it. Teamelio will only bill the fees associated with your Premium Account plus any applicable tax to the your payment method you provide to us during the upgrade process.

    Teamelio Premium Accounts are prepaid and are non-refundable. TEAMELIO DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL MONTHS OR YEARS. You may cancel your Teamelio Premium Account at anytime, and cancellation will be effective after experiation of premium period. If you wish to cancel your Premium Account you may do so via mail (info@teamelio.com). Should you elect to cancel your Premium Account, please note that you will not be issued a refund for the most recently (or any previously) charged monthly fees.

    By signing up for a Teamelio Premium Account and providing Teamelio with your payment account information, you hereby agree to these payment terms and conditions.
